Elena's little speech to Tseng was very touching. While I read On My Honor I was struck by Tseng's determination to get Elena to safety, and uprooted his entire life (and R&R's as well, by their choice). So yes, he is already a hero to his daughter.

As I go through and read, I see you answered my question about Yuffie long before I asked it! I was curious how she'd react to Lucrecia showing up. I can picture this exactly - being all protective of Vincent. And poor Lucrecia, having to live with spiders.

Really great to see you back writing something! I've always enjoyed Reno's escapades and of course, the antics of Pissy... always love to read your work with the Turks as a group - Tseng is the perfect counter balancer for the dynamic between the group! Also hope you're going to continue Closing The Distance at some point, and of course, that you are well!

I really love your writing. Even though I don't know much about the fandom or the characters, I feel like I get quickly drawn in and I always want to keep reading more. Your writing is very vivid and I love it!

The last part of this story made me tear up. My daughter is barely over a year old, and I asked my wife(then girlfriend) the same question about 1000 times also. :P

Reno should really get a book on how to care for and train a cat. Seriously I'm glad that I made my cat learn early on who was boss and how to be good. What Reno should do every time Pissy scratches the couch is spray him with a water sprayer and every time Pissy scratches his scratching post give him a treat that way Pissy will start to understand that scratching the couch is bad and means getting wet and that scratching his post is good and means a reward.

This is great! I can't wait to read more. And I agree with Reno and Rude not being meant to live together - my best friend and I are extremely close and always have each other's backs, but if we had to live together we'd probably end up killing each other. I'm an OCD neat-freak and you can never see the floor of her room for all the dirty clothes, so I guess we're kind of like Reno and Rude, too. _ Keep it up!

Haha...That was cute! Man, Reno and Rude were harsh! And poor Tseng...Hehe...I loved the spot where Rude was mocking Reno on how he speaks to Pissy;D Too funny! Man, I don't know if I've ever seen Rude that angry...and if it had come to blows, yeesh...that would have been a mess and a half;D I think, though, my favorite part was Tseng admitting that he and Elena had never agreed to live together. It was just sort of bitter sweet, but also it seemed very realistic Sometimes, you have a good thing going for you, but its never good to be rushed into them by someone else. Although, I kind of have a feeling that Aeris, with all of her insight, might have known how close they were...still, though, its nice to be able to make that choice for yourself. Also, you wrote that Reno and Rude were like brothers, but just couldn't live together. I don't know how many times I've seen it happen or heard of it happening. While it was a nice humorous fic, it did have some really realistic points to it. I loved it. Are they going to be able to get their own apartments at some point?
