I have found this one-shot very sweet and touching. I normally read longer fanfics, but there was something about this one that it just seemed... right.

You know, I normally am not so hard-pressed for words, yet this piece has left me in a silent awe of the pure simplicity of our favorite bird's pain. I would love to see you write an extenstion story on this, and I know I would love it as much as I have loved this.
