You've done a great job in writing this up! The characterisation was spot-on, as far as I know, and AUGH that ending hit me right in the feels. IMO it brought Groundhog Day to mind when Bart sort-of remembered his part as a time traveller? For the record, I have a headcanon that he breaks out of the loop because the alternative is almost too much to imagine. ;; On a related note, love what you did with Jaime and Khaji Da finally agreeing on something.
