Transtalia is stupid in part because of how poorly most people handle the idea of a trans character, choosing to limit their characterization to "look at my trans* bby uwu"- which is a trap your characterization of Charlie here, and Hunapo in general, doesn't fall into. I see exactly why you dreaded writing this as I could barely make it through that without wanting to hug a puppy. You've made me care too much for these characters, Trawl, why are you so good at making them miserable?
Nevertheless, exactly as I predicted, you handled this situation with tact which is a lot more than I can say for a lot of people who write similar topics. I want to say things can only get positive from here on out but I feel like I'll regret that. Especially since the Christmas chapter is probably coming up soon and nothing is pointing to that being smiles and snowmen!
