As I await the next chapter for The Tempest, I had a thought to check out Saelia's other works and boy am I glad/sad I did. Glad because this fic is a gem, sad because it is unfinished...aaargh! Of course please FINISH writing The Tempest, which is my favorite genre of angsty Regency fun. But then please please please come back and finish this story. Do not leave Will and Lizzie hanging, he's thoroughly, utterly, completely in sex with her for gosh sakes!

oh man, i hope this varies a little from wickhams lies to lizze & darcy taking some time to talk things over together. clearly L is scared of becoming her parents, but it's darcy! and he can totally get under her skin.

I love how the ‘proposal’ happens.

I understand you will probably never update this storyand I am sorry for it! I had so much fun reading up until now. I enjoy the way you wrote this storythe vignette style and time sequencethat gives a specific rhythm to the story, matching its location.
I enjoyed how you took the characters of DE and made them modern while showing us how their thoughts are evolving over time.
Should you ever go back to this story, I would be delighted!

Is the ring too tight she could not removed it or consciously not wanting to removed even with all the protest she had been vocalizing to Darcy. She is different from her mother but the trauma of seeing and listening to her parents argue is embedded on her until two days ago under the influence of alcohol. What is she going to tell Charlotte.
