Wow. This was absolutely gorgeous, from beginning to end. Your prose and your word choice is beautiful. Everything was described so flawlessly. You provided a quick yet tangible backstory for these characters and entwined them with ease into the miniseries. The moment between Francisca and Grant was adorable. The ending made it bittersweet-I almost want to see something with them, post-war! And that last sentence. Perfect. I am in awe of your simple yet stunning vocabulary. Such an excellent fic.
