Ok crazy theory for this chapter-

It was dick/slade who had the rifle, he came back from the future and killed him so that things would work out how they do in the rest of the chapters- idk I’m just spitballing. I could be completely wrong but if I am right I get five dollars from everyone.

It's amazing your fic (it's on my favorites) I'm wondered of how you are developing all the characters (a small part of me wants to see the Court of Owls or the -not to dead- Bruce -I still have faith)

Shorter for more frequent? I'll take it! I love this story so much! I also love that you had Slade listen to Dick about not killing Votollo. The idea of Slade having his own code of honor is part of his appeal as a badguy. It's also good to see the team banning together to figure out how to save Dick. Thanks for the update! So, definitely neat seeing this again updated, last time I read this it went up to chapter 29. Development is nice as usual, and honestly I don’t mind whichever way you write it so long as you stay interested in writing it since motivation has always been the downfall of my favorite dropped fics. As for robin’s name, I have to admit I liked renegade when I heard it, sounds pretty cool. With that all said, really like this fic and the guts you have to kill Batman early on and make it legitimate in cavorting with plot and the heroes’ lives (like Superman with leading) as usual, thanks for the fic and so long as you’re enjoying writing this do whatever you want to do, it’s your story after all.

Renegade and the additional arc would be cool.

This story is so great! The bonding between Slade and Robin is believeble and well paced.
I would love to read the 5 chapter arc with Slade and Robin. As for the name I think Red X is a good one because it's a persona that works well in the grey area.
