Shouldn't Sherlock still be referred to as "he" since he identifies himself as a male despite his spontaneous/unexplained gender change? Now if Sherlock wants to explore the aspects of being a woman and decides to embrace it well that's fine too.

If you're going to do this literally, as a drama and not crack, then this is all pretty offensive. You don't change pronouns if Sherlock still identifies as a man. He doesn't have to wear female clothing if he doesn't want to. If he identifies as a man, then he is a man. You had an opportunity to show a straight cis man suddenly experiencing gender dysphoria, and to experience living as a transman, and you got it all wrong.

I've really enjoyed this fic so far! I love how everyone is taking in the 'Sherlock is a girl' thing without it becoming too crazy. (Its nice too see Molly confident.) But, I really need to commend you to how you handle the Sherlock and John interactions since the change.

Its not rushed or anything like the some fics where they're like, 'oh look, Sherlock's a girl' then BAM! Without working out any feelings because 'I've loved you since forever, you're really gorgeous, and my hormones are raging, let's do the dirty without thinking of future consequences'... Not that I'm saying its bad but, I do enjoy the development characters undergo before arriving to that part in their relationship.

What I'm trying to say is, your fic is great with a good pace and you should probably update soon because I can't wait for what happens next. :)
