I LOVED it! Just goes to show all that Harry missed out on during his childhood. Both happy and heartbreaking all in one... The detail is wonderful, and really adds to the story. Definately something I wasn't expecting. A job well done!

Dude, I've looked at reviews and everyone seemed to think this was so cute...but I thought it was downright creepy. The Obliviate was what did it. I think I hate that spell.

Possibly the most Rowling-esque writing style I've seen for a long, long time. This is a six-year-old, this is the Harry he most definitely was, and this is so in keeping with the way life at the Dursleys is described in the first few pages of Book One that I'm just floored. There's no exaggeration, nothing extra, just something so touching in the way it's all done.

Great fic. It's the kind that makes you sad and smile at the same time, and there's very little that can rival that. The importance of fingers plus the thumb is a great touch, as is Harry's unfailing politeness (just one of the great changes we see in him, eventually). Honestly, excellent work.

Aw, I love little!Harry fics, though this is only the second one I've come across worth reading.
The idea that Harry's encoutered magic before Hogwarts is interesting and you do a good job telling your story.
The part about feathers and shoelaces made me want to huggle little Harry and smother him, the sweet darling.
