Oy. Finally gotten around to reading this.

This isn't a bad chapter, but it's not as good as the others in this series. For one, it contradicts itself. How could Midna, who knows how he got each of his scars not know how injured he was? I mean, at bare minimum either he'd have had to taken the time to bandage them all up, which she would have noticed, or he'd be bleeding through his tunic, which would most likely be torn up as well. There really isn't any way I can imagine him being able to hide such wounds from her.

It also abandons common sense in the name of plot. And by that I mean, why wouldn't like Just wade out into the deep part and just fall into it. It'd get all the wounds at once at least.

Other than that, it was very cute and fluffy and it was fun seeing Midna think this way about Link.

Kinda makes me want to write a fic where Midna betrays him at the end and they have to fight, and Midna, perhaps, remarks(mentally) that Link has truly grown, in that he's fully prepared to face her to the death. Then shrug and be like, "oh well, a Princess has gotta do what a Princess has gotta do." and they throw down.

Also, I admit that I was thinking he wanted privacy because he was just SO into her but afraid to make any sort of move regarding his feelings...that he desperately needed some private time to "relieve some pressure". If you know what I mean.
THAT would have been interesting for her to walk...float in on.

Anyway, keep up the good work.
