No offense, but I just came here just read these petty reviews. Lol (Tychee Fan) Once again, not here to troll, just here to be entertained, nice fic btw. Lol

This is a nice flashback to the prologue, it needs no explanation as it's clearly defined in time and space and you tackle this child Lion-O that we've only known as a teenager in the series with great accuracy. It's him, no doubt! With a hint of Kat, perhaps, if his hunger and table manners are to be taken into account! The playful streak of the boy trying to get back at his big brother (who we know must have done something to deserve it!) is a nice touch, something I could imagine him doing (or at least wanting to!) but most of all the innocent caring for the unknown girl, innocent as he doesn't quite know what to do, if he can do anything for her or even if he should. It's very much according to his young age and in character with the kind of young man/cat we know he'll become.
The OC use is not overdone, Cook as some kind of mother figure for Lion-O is perfect in her role and the other OCs just add the little spice here and there to maintain the flow of your story.
I'll be looking forwards for chapter 2!

For a retelling of the ending of the passionately hated and loved episode 13, your ending left my heartbeat completely out of sync. It could happen. Tygra can only think that Cheetara is with him and does not consider asking "flower? What flower?" thus betraying Lion-O just before the evening bell...

Love the tale thus far, and young LionO's sweet naivete' in trying to help Cheetara in her trial. This tale has a very promising start, and it looks good, and certainly not worthy of some of the horridly abusive reviews you've received.

Lotor Sincline's signed review is not being deleted nor reported because while not particularly constructive, he offers his opinion about "The Wrong Cat"... no matter my feelings about the way he offers them, and it would be unfair to report him while others have posted anonymously. No matter who started, others are following. This needs to stop.

Basic rules for posting reviews to this story: write about what you think of it. If you want, you can write about what you think of me as an author. If it offers you comfort, you can be as obnoxious and rude as your heart will let you. No insulting other readers, no name calling, no _nothing_ I may consider an insult to somebody else. Using elaborate metaphors to bait another reviewer _will_ get your review deleted and/or reported.

If you respect me, please respect each other and don't use this place as a soapbox. Those belong in a forum or a private message. I'll be eternally thankful for the support and encouragement you've shown me and "The Wrong Cat." If you can find it in your hearts to do something else for me, that is my request.

Now but these are the most shameful examples of trolling in any Thundercat fandom. Don't waste your time denying it; I may be a good writer in the butthurt fixfic area; but you ARE the champion of all trolls. Congratulations on proving my point. I rest my case...

And yes...WavingWhiteFlags IS a LiChee author. I know all of the TyChee authors. All of them have denied their involvement in that idiotic hoax. That's proof enough for me.

TyChee fans (who actually seem like the more butthurt ones) pissed that their "canon" (bad acid trip) didn't go over to well with everyone therefore flaming fics of far more substance by writers with far more talent. I will stand by my initial review with my name signed. I don't have a particular reason to use a guest annon to make my opinion known. Cowards do that. I ain't no coward nor a troll. I'm just honest, I think you are a great writer Ever the Wordsmith but like every other Lion-O/Cheetara fanfic in ; I still think it is a butthurt fixfic. It's not my fault that all LiChee's are frustrated because they didn't get the pairing they wanted. I didn't write the new series...I just happen to like the canon pairings, that's all. No fault in that.

So the guest who posted the butthurt review along with the Lichee author disguised as WavingWhiteFlags can kill my blue ass. Yeah, no Tychee would ever, ever bad mouth their own friends. Trolling only happens within the LiChee ranks not from this side of the fence.

This is pretty good for a first outing. There's good construction, flow, a vivid description and a good semblance of a plot unlike some fics that exist out there written for the sole purpose of saying they wrote something for their ship.

This was an interesting twist I have not seen before and I have to give you huge points just for originality. This could have been a great little rabbit hole for the show to go down to create a real sense of drama. You seem to know just how to trigger interest by having a fic well written and fair to characterization, you are on point so far, high marks, youre even if its not looking like it will be my preferred pairing, your writing style is what I'd call neat and clean and beautiful as well. I look forward to more of this.
