The queen is so detached... Ugh. I kind of think Noelle would have been more willing to agree to the scheme if the queen appealed to her compassion more effectively. On to the next chapter!

Oh my! I love the Queen. I just have such an affinity for icy, slightly misled queens who will do what they have decided is best for their country and damn the people and events that get in the way. It adds such a steely element of interest to the story.
