You clearly have no concept of the timing of the journey. It takes the Company over a month to get to Rivendell, and here you have them encounter trolls after only 2 days of travel. Why you're rushing through things like that confuses me, and has turned me away from your story altogether.

Aah, I love it, I especially love the thranduil twist, I was expecting that she refused a marriage to Legolas or something but I love the originality and added insult of your idea. I usually like to think that elves only ever love once because I think it gives thranduil, who I love as a character, a little more reason to deny the dwarves aid. However I am loving your story and would love to see more as soon as you can post it. XD

I just rewatched the hobbit again for the first time in a bit and I remembered reading this fic a few years ago and I had to go back and read it again! One of my favourite Thorin/OC ones. Another update, even after all this time would be awesome! :)

How recently was this updated? Found this fic and I saw that it had been published a couple years but the update didn't have a year behind it. That means it was added to this year, right? I hope so. It's the first Hobbit fic I've read and I love it!
