Oh goodness, this was exactly what I needed while suffering through younger cousins. I was dealing with an upset stomach and this helped me feel so much better. Loved every moment, it was perfect and heartbreaking and just wonderful. Loved Fortis to bits, really.

As always great work. Just an observation though, you seem to be making a habit of killing at least one of your main character's lovers in a lot of your writing recently. While it hits your readers right in the gut and causes very visceral reactions the reader can become inured to it. Just a thought. Can't wait to read whatever you put out next.
