I have to completely disagree with the sherlock series in their view on sociopaths. they tend to put more emphasis on particular aspects that fit psychopathy and not sociopaths. Even so, while their limits emotional spectrum is a factor someone of his stature would be able to deduce what emotions someone is feeling and calculate how to act.

PLEASEEE tell me you are actually going to change things... There was truly NO reason to save her at the end. I really hope you don't just follow canon and are only adding another character... besides them catching the Chinese woman, nothing has actually changed. If he does not tell her about his death than you follow canon 100% than..well the first story is worth saving.

Please have her out Sherlock in his place. Changes! Kill if Irene dint have him save her. There is no use for her character unless you use tintinfurtherntheirnrekationshio.

Despite popular belief,

Sociopaths do have feelings. We just have a more muted inner voice that tells us that things are right or wrong. Unless completely unadapted, we also have no problem reading people. Some of us even excel at it. Because we can’t feel the same things neurotypicals can, we really on observational learning to tell us how to interact with other people. Less so because we feel bad, but more to fit in. Some of us can be real charmers if we pay attention enough.
