Oh I'm so glad you updated and thank you for the dedication! This story never strayed from my mind even though it has been a while since an update has happened. Poor John no luck with dates,and Sherlock so insensitive with his remarks. I wonder what Mycroft has for him now, definitely looking forward to that :D

I wouldn't worry too much over her name. As you pointed out, there's names like that in real life, and Mary-sues don't actually exist here. That's a fear put into authors and You'll know in your heart when you have a Mary-sue by her personality and quality, not by something as simple as a title. I like where this is going so far, and I look forward to more as she starts to get pulled into Baker Street life.

I would have imagined that Sherlock would be actually more worried than John about Penelope being there. Worried about his experiments being disturbed. John would be worried about Penelope being disturbed.
