Hi old friend!
I never thought your writing was cliche. This was one of my very favorite stories and inspired me to look at my characterization of Bardock. I saw this was updated during a period I was gone and finally came around to reading to find your message. I understand what it feels like when you want to finish a story but can’t really find it in you. I’ve tried updating the sequel I have for WTTS but it’s gotten so much hate and super really fucked with the original ideas I had and right now I’m just doing my best despite the mixture of positive and negative reviews. It’s best when you write for yourself and you do what makes you happy. I hope you find joy in writing again and even if you don’t that’s okay! What you have is beautiful and sometimes the unfinished stories are the best. Please don’t ever delete it either way. Take care of yourself and hope to you see more of you one day :) I’ll always be thankful you were my beta for an important chapter.

The original Super Saiyan was named Yamoshi. Toriyama specifically named him recently. He achieved both Super Saiyan and SSG forms on Planet Sadala, before it was eventually destroyed. Chilled was there, but he wasn't a major part of the battle. He attempted to interfere, and was fatally wounded as a result. He then told his people about Super Saiyans before dying. So the Bardock Time Travel Special is irrelevant: it's more like an AU.
