I really enjoyed this fanfic. I like it when writers try to stay true to the original book. It's so hard to imitate Thackeray's style but I think you've done it really well. The characters and dialogue are also accurate and true to the originals and the whole senerio would not have been out of place in the novel. I'm surprised that there aren't more fanfictions for Vanity Fair— it's such a brilliant book and it's one of my favourite novels!
