Definitely one of my all time favorite stories. Keep up the good work and stay safe!

Great story, though I am a little disappointed. Like I said the storytelling is superb and the characters and background are nearly perfect. If there is a mistake somewhere in this story I would be inadequate in my ability to correct in a fic such as this. However, what I am disappointed in is in the last 13 chapters his magic hasn't shown an instance of recovery... And I can't imagine a world where Harry Potter is magically useless. I can accept that he is magically inferior to Hermione, but near squib-level Harry Potter is frustrating. It would be the same if he had lost the use of his legs or if he was just a brain floating in a jar... He is both Harry Potter and not at the same time. Like I said before, this story is written well but it's hard for me to read because of this fact.

I'm quite disappointed that he would end up with Hermione if the pairing is to be believed, after the monster she turned into, and him remembering how a version of her killed his wife, it strains SoD a bit.

Also, it gets in the way of Harry/Luna :-)

Nice read, waiting for you to finish it (hopefully the way we didn't see in the books or the film but all wished to see or read! Hate the pairing there.)

Whats the point of Harry in the original time line anyway?

If Neville was far far more powerful, Hermione overall better than anyone else including the Darklord and Luna being some kind of powerful Uchia...why the fuck did Harry exist?

He sound weaker, dumber and content to be utterly average. Furthermore, you took the weakest link and nerfed him magically. Form my first impressions of the story, time travel is the only way Harry could have kept up with his far more competent fiends. So weak.

Just make Hermione the the protagonist, sounds like a better read tbh.

Your Luna makes my head hurt, but she isn't Luna if she doesn't though this version is an overachiever even by that metric. Your Hermione is also a headache in a completely different way for Harry so at this point I have no small bit of schadenfreude over his future romantic entanglements. From my perspective this seems a little heavily weighted in Hermione's favor in terms of world building and power distribution (though I have yet to see the results of that ritual) the cast of characters seems a little imbalanced with respect to screen time as it stands. I kind of expected this to be the start of an epic length story where after the setup with Hermione you would give Harry some of his power back and shift focus a bit to Harry's leadership abilities, Padfoot's return, and how Harry's and Hermione's social interactions with the rest of the cast while they are in school, but it seems you're wrapping up soon which makes it seem strangely imbalanced. Especially when you have little quirks like Harry being excited to see Tonks again but zero dialogue with her. You seem like you have a good idea of what you want for the rest of this fic even if I am a little disappointed you probably won't take advantage of your perfect setup for Harry to do some dry as the Sahara humorous comments about his life and what Hermione thinks is perfectly logical. With the perfect foil in Tonks just sitting there waiting to be brought up to speed in the most dryly humorous way possible, and the breakfast scene the morning after Hermione's third(fourth?) ambush had the potential to be ribcrackingly funny. "Hermione's parents, Tonks, Dr. Tonks, Hermione and Harry sit down for breakfast the morning after" even sounds like the start of a joke. "So Dear can you explain more about what was it you needed my silk pajamas for?" I can just see the conversational peril geting a tired Harry to give responses other than just gibbering terror and finally get a very dryly sassy explanation of what happened with a liberal dose of see what I have to deal with humor, while the penny drops for Hermione. (And backing off from the complete passivity with respect to Hermione he had going) Or maybe reprise one of his rare drama queen moments and just nope back to bed. Even if he does have to try and make sure that word of that conversation never ever reaches his dogfather's ears. Tonks of course is the perfect way to make sure it does.

Gotta ask, why did they send Harry back if it is so obvious he is the one most out of the loop? Because they had to murder someone's true love or something and Hermoine and Ginny were too fucked up?

I can never get over just how terrifying the Obliviate spell is, and how widespread its use. People dream of being reborn in the world of Harry Potter, but I would be terrified. An interesting yet true lesson from Naruto is to "Look underneath the Underneath". The ministry and magical society as a whole lot it be common knowledge that they can and will wipe memories of whomever they say so. What the hell do they not tell you?

This story got too weird even for me so I am departing in a daze trying to figure out why I stayed with this crazy story.

Okaaay...that was weird and very interesting. So a .chapters and then you are done, but you a sequel for year two? I think that is what you said.

Also, a 12 year old girl with knowledge would of course become a hair need for a while. Almost every girl goes through something like this at some point.

This makes perfect sense to me. Hermione had taken college level Hogwarts in Medical Sciences. Chemistry would be one . So Alchemy as a simple transfigurationtransmutation ..makes sense to me. Especially with her voracious reading above .

This was definitely an interesting chapter. Feels almost like the start of a sorry. lol
