I found chapter 30 the best where Spock was trying to explain his marriage , it was hilarious ! The best part of your story. Galia was way stupid, not too crazy about her role, but I guess Uhura needed a best friend. Great job !

I just have to say this. I have seen a lot of African female butts, but not one with dimples. I think it is because African women have nice round arses that sit up high where the dimples are suppose to be located. There is usually so much junk in those trunks, there is no room for dimples.

Just thought I would mention it. Just the same, the thought of that dress on Nyota...makes me groan.

Obviously this is the future and you wrote this 3 years ago. But your characterization of a Kenyan family is woefully off. Very strange.
Like again obviously, this is fiction, set in a SciFi future but the story implies that cultural norms are kept but none are actually on display when writing about nyota's family.
