Hey, I just really wanted to tell you how much I truly love this story! I know you might never read this because it's been three years since the last update, but I just wanted you to know that this is my second time reading this story and it is truly one of my favorites. It saddens me to think ill never know what happens to Loli and Evie, and I wish there would be another update! If you ever find the time or inclination to finish this story, just know you'll have one avid reader who is more than ready to hear the end of your story. Thanks again for the great fic!

I can't believe this! Finally, I find a fanfiction that accurately portrays Loki and pull at my heartstrings, and it's not even finished and hasn't been updated for two years? This is one of the best fics I've ever read and I really wish it was finished. I'm so emotionally invested, you have no idea. And to think it'll most likely never be finished? It's absolutely heartbreaking. While I know this is a longshoreman, I strongly implore you to finish it, because a beautiful piece of written work like this should not go unfinished.

I don't know how to take that it's been 3 years since you've updated and I just finished the story without stopping to find out it wasn't done. Okay so this is the second time I've read this now and I still can't get over how amazing this story is. Out of all the Thor fanfictions this one is my favorite. In every other fanfiction I've read about Thor they butcher the characters. Something is always not right in the story. Not meaning to sound picky or anything but that is just the way is usually is for me. Thor is usually portrayed as some big stupid oblivious buffoon. Odin is usually portrayed as a harsh cruel unforgiving person that is out to kill Loki. I just think you really captured the essence of each charchter. Oh my gosh and Loki... Holy crap. You make him out to be a first a rude mortal hating god uncapable of remorse and now he is practically in love with a mortal women and hasn't even kissed her. I think it's amazing how dynamic Evelyn and Lokis relationship is. Many other stories are just dull and are all about sex and whatnot. I love Evelyn, she is just such an well thought out character. I love how she is just a criminal profiler and not some friggin ninja warrior on top of that. Some stories that I have read have the protagonist be great at everything and quite frankly it really pisses me off. Like how are you supposed to relate to that. Also that's not reality. I love when the frost giants came and she wasn't strong enough to fight the frost giant on her own Thor had to help. Like that's realistic. Sorry I'm totally rambling. I just really love your story so please update soon I have been waiting forever for one.

So I just happened to stumble upon your story and I am absolutely floored! You are extremely talented in both literary devices and character development and I'm super jealous lol. This will probably be a lengthy review so I hope you don't mind too much!

Evelyn is an incredible character. It's extremely hard not to like her from the very beginning as she's very easy to relate to and because she both strengthens and weakens as time goes on. I've always been one for strong-minded characters and especially so when they appear strong and then are tested on that strength to find that the new challenge is something that even they are not prepared for. It's exhilarating and it allows the reader to go on the ride with the character. Since the very beginning of the story I've also been reading through your reviewer replies and author's notes and I have to say, despite what you may argue, I can definitely say that you may have placed a bit of yourself into Evelyn...which is not a bad thing whatsoever, in fact, it's rather ingenious as it allows you to fully understand what she is feeling and what drives her. Despite what some reviews have said, I quite like the fresh new look of the Loki/OC pairing with Evelyn as the front lady because her occupation is extremely well-placed to the situation and atmosphere that you've created and it gives Evelyn more depth of character. Needless to say, I've got quite the fondness for her - which, I admit with sadness, is quite the feat as I do not like characters so quickly and so often!

As for the cannon characters. I'm extremely glad that you've managed to keep them all in perspective and making Natasha Evelyn's friend was a great move as they complement each other in personality. I'm actually rather excited for when you incorporate Steve, Bruce and Tony into the story at a much later date because for the small part that they've played, they were also kept in character, but out of all of the original cannon, I think your portrayal of Thor and Odin is my favorite (well, besides Loki, but we'll get to him in a minute ;D). Too often in fanfictions such as this do they severely butcher Thor's naivete and Odin's misrepresentation and I don't mean that as an offense to other authors who write in this particular archive as I'm guilty of it myself while writing my own story. But too often do I see Thor made out to be a fool, which isn't untrue to his character as it's an original flaw of his, but I see too much of him remaining at a constant instead of developing into the Thor we see during *The Dark World*. Odin as well. Granted, I was severely annoyed by his portrayal in *The Dark World* because he appeared so harsh and unforgiving of both Loki and the death of Frigga (oops spoiler?) that it made him severely unapproachable. I'm happy that you took the root of developing Thor as an intellectual being, but still keeping him within the bounds of the original cannon and I'm SO HAPPY you added a reconciliation scene between Odin and Loki, which leads me to my next topic...

Your portrayal of Loki gives me shivers.

It is so well done that it legitimately made me rethink and reconsider my deep passion for Loki's character (both movie-verse and comic-verse as I've read and enjoyed both...I blame my father, no pun intended haha! :D). You've made him so raw and riveting that it contrasts so deeply with Evelyn's character that it actually made it necessary for me to walk away from my computer for a few minutes to consider what I had actually read was what was actually written. You've captured such a part of him - his grudges - that make him so vindictive and callous and brought it to life so seamlessly! Also, your ability to "reform" him appropriately is quite the feat to be proud of :).

As for your plot, I LOVE it. You've got great use of literary devices, substantial plot building and the dropping of subtle clues to what comes next is quite amazing and you're clearly very articulate. My greatest complements to you for this amazingly, edge-of-the-seat, heart rendering story. I'm excited for what you have in store for the characters and especially between Loki and Evelyn (Loklyn or perhaps Evoki? You're totally free to use either if you'd like haha!)...given that he only has less than three weeks left of his sentence and that Evelyn is only, technically, employed for the same amount of time. I eagerly await your next installment!

First of all, this story is by far by top 3 Loki fan fictions here! Evelyn is such a real and relatable OC, she does not know combat or have super powers, she is just a really smart girl with a good genuine heart. I am still waiting for that kiss, there's so much tension between her and Loki, I can't even! I really hope for you to update soon even though it has been such a long while, I understand that feeling of being a writer and taking time to update, but it has been so long. I r- read this story at least 4 times in hope my email inbox pops up with a new chapter! Anyway, cheers and I am pumped to see the course of future with my absolute favourite Loki/OC pairing on

This story, it truly has me sitting at the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens next! I literally couldn't stop reading it, and I've re-read it from the beginning multiple times haha. You mentioned previously that you were concerned about the pacing of their relationship, but these past few chapters have done a marvelous job of keeping them distant yet closing in on each other. Your timing, the dialog and character building are excellent! I truly hope you haven't given up on this storyline.
