I come back to this story every time I learn a new lesson in growing up. I’ve come to love this story more and more over the years and I could never understand why that was, until today. This story has prepared me for my own journey and it’s done so by allowing me to accept the hardships I have faced with fiction.

I'm hardcore bubbline shipper... But oh my God, this story made me actually wish bubbline wasn't the endgame. Like I was so so frustrated reading this story, I wanted a fairytale happy ending but honestly glad I didn't get that because this fanfic has been running through my mind for weeks, im pretty sure this is my 5th time reading it. This story is so heartbreaking but it's amazing. It's like no other adventure time fiction I read before. You deserve major props for writing something like this.

Okay, okay...let me just also add that Marceline truly is the winner of this endgame romance between herself, PB, and Finn!
Ember innocently didn't know that she'd helped Marceline truly understand just pure love. Sure, she could have easily destroyed Em but chose not too. Instead though, she knows sooner or later that Finn's big mouth will get him fucked up over that little fling with PB!
BMO and Neptr is just not included in this spiteful/revenge shit but the others are! Marceline is going to forever keep Bonnie on her toes, with a possibility of a side affair with Em or whoever, when she starts her solo gigs from future concert touring!
Yep, Marcy...to me wins this shit, because Bonnie is truly manipulative, controlling, and insecure! Folks, this is a lesson that NO ONE SHOULD GIVE ALL OF THEMSELVES TO ANYONE, BECAUSE IF YOU DO...YOU'LL LOSE YOURSELF IN THE END!

This story DESTROYED me. It was amazing but it fucking DESTROYED ME. I've never been so emotionally exhausted from a story as this one.

This type of story is brilliant. I never thought that it would end up nothing all the other fanfics that I've read. The choice of vivid words melted me and burned me right into my soul, and all I have to say is, thank you for sharing such a beautiful story. This story is underrated, because I love it so much.
