You should change your summary. Of course I understand your need to inform the readers of the original Sweet Mistletoe that this is a re-do but for people that haven't read the previous Sweet Mistletoe it basically gives no information.
Instead of using the summary to explain everything, how about putting the explanation into the AN?
The summary gave me lot's of grief when it came to deciding whether I wanted to try your story or not.
I almost didn't and then I only did so because I was really, REALLY bored. Which is sad. Seems pretty good until now after all.

Um you've repeated chapter one and two mate but I did enjoy your work!

Notice that you've the tendency to push Kirino's emotions to the end of spectrum, whether it's love, hate, guilt,...

hmmm, how would Kirino be effected by America when it comes to Christmas? She didn't celebrate Christmas there and didn't get tv or much free time (it was a lot of running and training, too much for her little Otaku soul to bear)

by the way, Christmas in Japan is usually celebrated with KFC & Christmas Cake (originally a sponge cake with frosting and strawberries, but now it's just a Christmas themed cake), there would also maybe be a Christmas tree and stuff; heck, it'd make more sense if they had the Christmas party at a Karaoke place, so that they could have drinks, Christmas Cake, KFC and exchange gifts and stuff

so if this was canon, then this is the year that Kyousuke and Kirino confessed towards each other; this would take place after Kyousuke rejected Ayase and she is aware of Kirino's feelings right? and did Kyousuke have that date plan with Kirino? would he be disappointed? and the Akagi's also have a Christmas date plan as well, right? or did Kirino invite Sena before hand and Kyousuke could use that to invite Kouhei and maybe Akimi(Kyousuke's only friend that hasn't at least been antiquated with all of Kyousuke's other friends) and Manami (who Kirino at least has an understanding with)...

Did Kirino still decide on the thing where they are only a couple until they graduate (which was why Kirino asked Ayase and Kuroneko to wait until graduation to confess to Kyousuke) -though those 2 still have feelings for each other so it's doubtful their relationship truly ended...

One of the best fanfics out there, i loved it. :D. Please make an epilogue, if you can :D

OMG Finally came across an Oreimo fic with not much angst, hurt, and complication! Lots of love in this one! Defo faved! I hope you do more like this soon!

I read this story as soon as it was posted so sorry for the late review. Overall this was simply a great story. Good job on portraying a bold Kirino, willing to risk it for all or nothing. I'm following your other stories as well. Great job again and will wait for more updates.

Heavy Smut. Hell, I ship those both in a sibling/soulmate-way, but they aren't much of a couple in my eyes, also because they are related, but even more because Kirino have to be the little sister which envies the girl at Kyousukes Site and need him as support, not as equal. And you became so lovey-dovey that I saw rainbows again- something happening quite often since I saw the end of Eureka Seven...

I think it's well written, but far under your Limit. You do an incredible job by writing angsty things like "Empty Places", but I think this is just not complex enough for your skills. It's a good story, but to similar to the others in this section.

Can't believe I'm reading this four days after Christmas! Wish I had my internet working the day you put this up. I really missed alot of things. This last chapter was really heated and seductive. Made me think a few dirty things for bit. X) but either way it was an amazing short story that well described the feelings of a young girl in live with her 're an amazing writer. Thank-you for sharing your imagination! I'm looking forward to "Empty Places" Thank-you again! :)
