Hm. Well this was nice but... it's an idea that sounds best when the Zanpactou gender matches the they're supposed to have. Only in the anime filler arc, did Zabimaru, take on a partially different gender... the gender of the Zanpactou should logically match the wilder because it's a part of their soul. It wouldn't make any sense for Ichigo to be a not and have a female Zangetsu, because that would mean that a part of his soul would be female.
