Ok, this is one of THE best Soto rides I have ever read. And I have read a lot of books. PLEASE,PLEASE, PLEASE CONTINUE! I love this story and it is amazing to watch the plot unfold. I will cry if it ends like this. Please?

This, is, the, best, Herobrine, story, I've ever read! I read it all in one go that's how much I enjoyed it! Love the plot and how you've worked out the characters! The only thing that was confusing is that is says nowhere that this is the final chapter of this book. I know Hero's Might will be the sequel? But I didn't know this was the end. STILL, It was absolutely amazing and I loved it

Re-reading this book during quarantine and it is still my favorite out of all the fanfictions i've read. It's a shame this won't be finished .. But i still have my hopes up

I once had a dream where I was running and jumping over these black tentacles, only to trip over the last one and land at Herobrine's feet or I was running from him. Its-its been a while and my memory's foggy but I think Herobrine was controlling them? And then I woke up :P

In theory, since it seems that the human souls Herobrine takes are made into mobs, couldn't you just kill mobs and take their souls, without having to kill more humans... hmmm

By this point, Steve flipping deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I mean, wow. Just wow.

Theory time: As I'm re-reading this incredible fic, I've begun to think that the fact that Herobrine calls himself a monster, insists upon it-even though he doesn't want to be one-is a coping mechanism. He doesn't want to be a monster, of course, but with his debt (I won't say more than that because spoilers), he has to collect human souls, has to kill innocent people for all of eternity or else. But, even with his vengeance towards humankind, deep down he knows it's wrong, and hates himself for it. Of course, this is speculation on my part, but the way he justifies all the blood on his hands is by calling himself a monster, convincing himself he's one. That way he can accept these horrible deeds as they are because he's convinced himself he's horrible. If he believed he were not a monster, then he would be more tormented by all the death he has caused (which I think the readers can see from the growing difficulty he has killing humans now, since Steve's been changing him).

...okay so, this might not be done, and probably never will be, but honestly? I’m really glad I read this. This was incredibly well-written and very inspiring, ill probably include some elements in my own work unconsciously haha.
