Well, I get why you did this, but you were off by quite a few centuries if not a millennium. I mean, Heracles kept Riptide and became a God, so there's really no reason for you to make such a drastic change. Percy could have gotten Riptide from him at any point in time. Actually, since you've made him Primordial of Time, he could have done so literally. In fact, the only thing you'd have to change about this scene is a few lines stating that Percy was testing out his powers or something, and ended up in the past.
