I think Light seemed in character. His and Elaine's interaction was very interesting. I loved the bit where she went to get a chip from the packet. That would've been so awkward if she'd found the mini TV in it. XD

Elaine is a cool name. She seems cool so far too. It's cool to get insight into their backstory. Sounds like Elaine will have to do a bit of acting, fluttering her lashes and what not, around Light. This should be interesting!

You published this years ago, apparently, but I'm only reading it now and I want to leave a review anyway.

It was great, I felt like I was watching the anime all over again, just with the wonderful addition of Elaine. The same events unfolding, the same thrilling chase and retaliation between Light and L, but seen from a different perspective, lived through Elaine's eyes. It was so refreshing.

I really enjoyed this fanfic, I wish to read more stories from you in the future so keep writing!
