I enjoyed this so much, it felt very natural and you portrayed the best side of Murtagh brilliantly. I liked your happy ending too, although I was gearing myself up for the tragedy ending... I think my favourite thing was probably Murtagh solving something himself wihtout that brother of his stealing all the glory XD

Such a sweet epilogue; I loved your use of color (the golden light of the sun, "sea-scales Saphira"). The idea that Morzan and Ajihad are now technically family make me laugh rather hard.

Even without saying things outright you convey so much. This story had a completely new outcome... and highly improved in my estimation. Arya was still the princess, and that means Islanzadi lives. {I hated that CP killed her.} And as she is not a rider, leaves me to hypothesize that perhaps the little greenscales had originally intended another to be his rider, and that person also survived the war.
The marvelous way that the new life has managed to aid the healing of the red pair, and Murtagh's view of his heritage left me bursting with happiness.
Damnn but this is SOOOO much better than CP's version.

To come up with such an amazing story in one evening... I will forgive any and all imperfections from now to the end of time.
This was so marvelous... I would only beg you to give us all a glimpse of what happens after... an epilogue...
Your story beats the pants off CP's ending.
Whether you add on to this or not, I have to thank you for sharing this marvelous work.
