This was really good! The perfect balance of lovey (to satisfy the hardcore shippers) and fluffy (to satisfy those that don't like the bleugh stuff- myself included). Yeah I really really enjoyed this a really good little one shot ... In fact it's earned you a follower on to reading your next story !

It is a sweet story, and I like the way you write - your pacing is steady, making the story more endearing. However, I would like to point out a tiny thing you might improve: Vikings are pagans. They do not have Christmas, because the Viking period was before Christianization. I would suggest using the word "Yule", for a similar holiday that had been there even before Christianization. (In fact, in the Scandinavian languages, "Christmas" is actually "Jul", from which the word "Yule" is latinized and is pronounced exactly "Yule".)
