Your story was okay, but I think that you wrote naruto as a bit of a wuss. Naruto would feel sad for a while but would jump back into his usual self later. His not a delicate flower that needs protection; he does work as a ninja, and in that line of work and you'll need to understand death.

But why is minato married to tsunade? Were is kushina? why would obito be force to marry naruto just because he saw naruto naked? I mean I know that it meant to be taboo, but doesn't the naruto world follow Japanese culture? Family baths! Hot springs! You know, no clothes in the hot springs and sharing bath water? And naruto just turn 4, a time were kids would still take a bath with their family. And obito would still see naruto mostly naked anyway; his naruto's teacher and would need to patch naruto up if he got injuries while out on missions.

Hey, are you telling me that if naruto is badly injured, obito would let naruto go on, not healed or anything? Without being forced into married. Because of the whole naked taboo thing. That's a bit cruel even for ninjas...

Is the whole seeing a naked person thing taboo in that world or is it just a family thing? If it's a the whole world, would that mean that jiraiya might have a harem or something?

I think you over did it he didn't need mokuton from milk or storm and darkness all of those legendary's were not needed, why were their colours different? Gaara didn't need to sob up Naruto didn't need unexplainable changes and what's up with his eyes? My recommendation is you edit the first chapter and re-write the second but I guess it could be that the story wasn't for me, others could like it but the other parts had potential.
