You could have murtag train Percy and then they meet up with up with eragon.
Or you could have Percy "be captured" and help arya escape with the ra zac not knowing he was a dragon rider.
Another idea is that they could stumble apon catchall and meant brom and eragon. They could find out that they are both Dragon riders and help them in killing the ra Zac.

Hey I read chapters 1 -3 they were amazing hmm chapter 2 could've been longer hmm the 1 first chapter was perfect in what it was trying to start and chapter 3 was great although I lost track of every one except murtagh I think I spelled that right but all in all they were great chapters

They could join Eragon and fight with the Varden. He meets and trains with his dad. Maybe (in the end) Percy can get like a water dragon. Marries a water nymph or sumtin

Could you see if you could add in some LGBT characters? To me Rick having them in his stories is what makes them so great.

I like your story... a combination of two stories that I love... I like River a lot, and that you brought Blackjack... What I think you did not mention: I know Blackjack is a pegasus, but can Percy see his wings too? What about Murtagh? Will Percy fly on Blackjack too? It would be a way to improve also... Another question: Was the crab the same type and size that attacked Percy on the ship?

I do hope you make Percy save Brom, since I always thought it was a pity that Eragon never got to know and interact with Brom knowing he was his father... Will you bring any demigods to Alagesia? I hope you bring Annabeth, this way she could teach Percy about his real world... although I am sure that Athena would be pissed...
