haha I love the fandom references scattered throughout the chapter, like Pinkie's antics and Derpy. The writing style flows nicely too, I can't wait to read the rest!

Well, anyways, let's begin with Amber meeting Slendmare. Or, as I like to call him, Saul Slendamirr, Business Pony of Equestria!.. Moving on, Spike is still scared of Amber (I think), Amber smells like death and Twilight is afraid of snakes. Aaaaaaand insert Metal Gear Solid reference and move on.

Amber takes a nice old walk in the woods and meets Saul "The Silent Terror" Slendamirr! Can't touch 'em so OK! Goes back to Golden Oaks, talks with Spike and then Twilight. OK...

Finally, I was trying think of a song for this chapter, but, for some reason, all I could think of was... This!: "Workin' on a sex farm, tryin' to raise hard love! Gettin' out my pitchfork! Pokin' your hay. Scratching in your hen house! Sniffing at your feedbag! Slippin' out your back door! Leavin' my spray!... Sex farm woman! I'm gonna mow you down! Sex farm woman! I'll rake and hoe you down! Sex farm woman! You see my silo risin' high, hi-hi-high! HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH!"... Really.

Lol, glad I'm getting featured, anyways great chapter as usual, your getting better every chapter! your grammar is still perfect and your pacing has been slowed to about as good as you can get. My one piece of advise is to try and be a tad bit more descriptive, which is fine already, it could just be a little bit better. Can't wait until next time!

Ah, another chapter. Once again, I'll try to keep my recap short, but I don't want it to be too short.

Anywho, the review reading... There are many things I want to say, so I'll just say this: Amber is a Queen fan (maybe)! I wonder if she's heard "Another One Rides The Bus", "Bohemian Polka" and/or "Ringtone" yet... Probably not.

So Amber wakes up again and Pinke's there to apologize for the party. Again, this reminds of that one fiction I read, "Twinkle Star" (some fic about a filly OC who claims to be Twilight's little sister) where the same thing happens: Pinkie throws a party and, because she didn't know anything about the pony she was throwing it for, scared the living crap out of them. 'Tis a weird coincidence, eh Kai?

Next, Amber gets released from the hospital and my attempt to reference "Like A Surgeon" in a recap. So Amber goes to Twilight's place and finds that the Mane 6 have been up all night. If they didn't explain why they were up all night, I would have assumed that Rarity woke them up because Twilight had fallen on the floor because somepony tried to get a ring off her hoof!... I'm trying to be clever and reference some stupid fic I made called "Past HELP!", OK?... Also, apples.

Some time later, Twilight and Amber go for a walk. Y'know, I don't Amber should feel ashamed about being a blank flank. Many OCs are and they've turned out fine. The only difference is that Amber is likeable, compared to other OCs. They're flank-holes. So then Amber and Twilight have a conversation about time, to which I'd like to bring up the song "Time" by Pink Floyd. Finally, Amber falls in magic mud and something happens.

...That was not as short as I wanted it.

Ah, what better way to close out the year then with a new chapter of Loyalty Of Sand?... I dunno. And since that blasted wall can't stay open for too long, I'm gonna abridge my recap.

Amber has visions of her past in a dream!... Yeah.

Amber wakes up, a doctor gives me a shoutout and Amber has more memories!

Camelot leaves Amber... All I wanna do right now is quote Monty Python: "On second time, let's not go to Camelot. 'Tis a silly place."

And Blue Blood and Cadence. Who I see as Frank Sinatra and The Ultimate Warrior respectively, for no good reason.

Finally, because I don't know how else to end this recap: "Tonight, I'm gonna have myself, a real good time. I feel alive - AND THE WORLD! I'll turn it inside out, yeah. I'm floating around in escatsy so don't! Stop me now! Don't stop me, 'cause I'm having a good time! Having a good time!"

OK, chapter three. Let's see what Amber gets into this time.

But first, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. I remember in the original that Dashie's companion was Applejack, so that at least confirms you are changing things. Onto what they're doing, Rainbow Dash complains a little, Fluttershy's voice gets firm a little, they hear Amber crash a little and they go check it out (a little).

With Amber, as said above, she crashes and there's a little "I take it back!" humour. Then she walks off and the narration goes very Pink-Floyd-nature-praising on us. I'm not complaining, but that's what it reminds me of. Oh, then Amber trips. That's followed up with a flashback to some kinda village and some kinda one-eyed Nyx-inspired character (your words, not mine). Oh, and I also noticed that you scrapped Leaf and Harely entierly. I'm not complaining, but there goes my Pokemon joke.

Later, Amber wakes up in the care of Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. They escort her teh party, where Celestia is there to basically say, "Twilight was reluctant to make friends, I'll say that, but she didn't just say 'Screw y'all, I'm outta here' and toss herself out a window." Then we find that Amber has claustrophobia, but Celestia doesn't really change. Eh, what're ya gonna do?

This chapter was amazing! Although Celestia did seem a little out of character towards the end, it's really nothing to worry about. Your grammar was flawless, your descriptions were great and immersible, and the over all storyline was fantastic! Although I might have spent a little bit more time on the nightmare, not on the gruesome gore bits, but on the general emotion you know? Take it slow during the very emotional parts, although that's just me trying to be a critic. Great story! Hope to hear from you again! Peace off, boop.

I'm sorry for not reviewing when this came out. I tried to get to this as soon as I could, but... I dunno. Recap time.

As seen in the last time this was published, Amber has a serious prejudice against dragons. And, again, I can't blame her. She's been out on the borders for so long and she was probably raised knowing that dragons are "EVIL!" But, c'mon, you see a dragon come out with an apron on... I dunno. She must've hated How To Train Your Dragon.

And then Pinkie comes along! You know, between the two versions, I swear that they're kind of similar. Aside from Amber, again, reminding us that she was only given a horn for protection and not actual magic.

Then it's about... Tch... Twenty seconds later. I stand by what I said last time: There's probably some doctor somewhere preforming surgery, but he's all like "BUCK YOU, THERE'S A PARTY!"... And, now that I think about it, isn't this party also interrupting other things? Like weddings, investigations, robberies, official duties, desk jobs, paper routes... All kinds of things! Also, this kind of reminds me of another fanfiction I happened to read called "Twinkle Star". The only difference is that lil' Twinkle curls into a ball. Amber's just like "I'M GONE!"

And, just like last time, the whole thing ends with her throwing herself out a window, probably not realizing that she also stepped on Nyx.

AND AS FOR AMBER'S REPLY: I'm sorry for forgetting your mother's name... Wait, dang, now I forgot the father's name. Eh, it's your story. Getting off your story for a moment, 29 butlers? And ALL of them organized it? And NONE of them considered you for a moment? But, then again, you've been on the borders... Eh. As for the next reply section, I wanna see Fluttershy (who I see as a Hammerskin for no good reason (look Hammerskin up, they exist)).

This is amazing! I'm hooked already, it's rare we find a non Mary-Su OC on this site. Although you're descriptions could use a tad bit of work, your grammar was flawless and the storyline seems exciting and fun. Although the main thing I would focus on is trying to slow down and focus on the emotion of Amber. She's going through a lot, and I'm assuming her emotions and her controll over them will be a big part of the story. If not, then ignore the past critisism. Hope to hear more soon!

So, a very long time ago, there was a family of four alicorns: Niger, Celestia, Luna and I forgot the mother's name so I'mma call her Lauren. They lived together for some time, creating unicorns, pegasi and earth ponies while they were. There was also Amber, a zebra-pegasus with a fancy rock-like weapon lodged in her forehead, who was responsible for keeping out Changelings. It was very lonely.

More then a couple millenniums later, Amber pops back up after apparently having gotten corrupted by Discord. She gets sent to Celestia's dungeon for a while before meeting her. The two coverse, serving pretty much just to set up Amber s'more. Luna eventually comes in (refering to herself as one pony, which is odd) and takes Amber to Twilight.

On the way there, another coversation arises, but it's mainly just telling Amber that the mane is late and going through the whole Nightmare Moon thing. Y'know, now that I think about it, it was pretty insulting of Celestia to make the date of her sister's banishment a celebration of herself. It's like somepony said, "What's that? You banished your sister to the moon for a thousand years because she wanted a little more attention? I don't care; your sun is awesome!"

Twilight interacts with Spike and, of course, there's some ironic comedy with Luna. But after that, Luna introduces Twilight to Amber and leaves, Twilight realizing that she doesn't have a lot to ask. I remember when she did. Remember those times?... Oh, right, the recap. So, anyways, Spike enters shortly Twilight's shocking revelation and Amber instantly goes to her "Dragons evil" state of mind.

And that's all I have to say about that. I know this wasn't that funny, but... You're back. And I feel fine.
