A cute short story. I wish you would consider a sequel where Odin and Loki struggle too and finally succeed in repairing their relationship. Loki is a teenage crying out for attention and needing to be reassured that he is wanted by his adoptive family. He needs to recieve structured but loving attention and discipline. I read a story where Loki got spanked and treated like a toddler at Steve Rogers suggestion and it worked, Loki and his parents repaired their family relationship. Loki needs attention and to have his mind kept busy, the adage that a bored mind is the devil's playground. Odin needs to keep Loki with him all day everyday except at bath and bedtime, to give Loki his full time and attention while still running his kingdom. Make Loki attend all his meetings, make him assist Odin with running the kingdom so he shows Loki how important he is and how he can be Thor's most trusted advisor and power behind the crown. Let it be without question that Thor is the next King and Loki is to be his chief advisor, neither role is changing or negotiable.

Ah! XD He's grounded! XD That's so cute and adorable! This was cute and fluffy!And not all in the house of Odin are trying to mend the wrongs they made against Loki.

*gapes before closing my mouth* Wow! Loki childish? I think the word is petty but I almost giggled when Thor told Loki he's going to cut his hair, especially the bath and all that stuff like nothing was going to happen. Though I was amuse when Loki shuddered at the thought of Thor massaging him. Oh! ahahaha

Odin gave him time-out in his rooms! Priceless!

I was as confused as Loki when Thor didn't take him to the throne room at first. They argue a lot! Like real siblings lol. But it's a good story. It's very unique, it was really different. Odin being merciful is very interesting. Thor and Loki are very cute, I love them. :3

This one-shot is adorable. While I usually read slash, I still love the big brother/little brother dynamics, and the way Loki just doesn't know how to respond to Thor's big brother approach. It's well-written, and I think you've portrayed both characters marvelously, adding something extra without taking away their cannon personalities. And the happy ending is just perfect, exactly what I needed. Thank you for sharing this story!

So, Takada Saiko told me about your stories, about how addicted she was to them at the moment, which is why I'm here at the moment. I'm actually really glad I did come to check out your stuff, because this one-shot here was absolutely hilarious! I thought it was so cute! I really love how, instead of showing how they take Loki to the dungeons and treat him like an actual prisoner - much like how Loki thought would happen to him - Thor instead started treating him like a child. I thought it was brilliant and really amusing to read. I especially love when Loki kicked Thor between the legs and then immediately started apologising. That was so funny! But I also really love how his punishment is being confined to his chambers. I think that's really cute. I loved this!

I really like your take on the cartoon. I have never watched any nor read the comics - although I did get into an X-Men series for awhile. And since seeing Avengers, Loki's look in the comics have, honestly not been appealing.
Maybe I need to have a second look...
Anyway, this is great. You have made Loki act as the "childish" little brother, but never to the extent of sacrificing his character. Even Thor was well done. So many overdo his brutish oafness (is that a word?) for overbearing stupidity. Thor is not stupid and you have maintained that even as he virtually babys his brother.
And I personally think that his idea was intentional to bring Loki to Odin as the son the father had to still feel guilty about...not looking as a war criminal.
