Guest chapter 1 . 11/7/2016 Just had to read this one again, as I do your other stories. And since I noticed I was not signed in to FF at the moment, I knew I could leave another review LOL. As your internet sister, you know Scotty will always be my favorite, but Alan comes a close second, so seeing his daughter being the one to interact with Sam and Dean, to let them know they are always being watched over...it brought tears to my eyes once again! PS, if you find any good Tracy stories, PM or text me. I need some new ones worth reading, until then, I will continue to reread yours over and over again. Jean |

alamodie chapter 1 . 12/5/2012 I'm so sorry for your loss! Losing a loved one is a terrible thing to go through. And what you said about not writing death fics, but about hope, that's really just inspiring. You must be a very strong person. This story was wonderful. I'd love to hear more about these terror twins of Gordon's (karma!). I also loved how you mentioned Sammie's smile, which was "all Alan!" Adorable! Love always, and keep your chin up. Best wishes for you and your family. |

jo1966 chapter 1 . 12/3/2012 What a lovely story. That is just how I envisage Dean and Sam when they semi retire from hunting. I am so sorry to hear about your father passing away. I went through it with my own father he was an imposing wonderful man also made fragile by cancer. Your words at the end of this fic are beautiful - thank you. I wish you and your family best wishes over the holiday period I hope you can find peace and occasionally some cheer. Take care. |

Sam1 chapter 1 . 12/2/2012 So it comes full circle with the next generation of Tracys meeting the Winchesters. Love that concept, CC. I really liked that the Tracys continued to look out for the Winchesters and made sure that Sam was able to get the best medical care available. It was the kids who again took the lead and showed the residents of Lawrence that Dean and Sam were guardians of the innocent ones. The bit with Timmy reminded me that not everyone is what they seem and sometimes putting aside a preconceived judgement can result in a really good friend. You and yours continue to be in my thoughts and prayers, CC. You have my contact info any time you need it. My cell is always on. |
sammygirl1963 chapter 1 . 12/2/2012 First of all, let me say once again how your family is always in my thoughts and prayers and that I am here if you need me. Now for the story. It was absolutely perfect. I love the thought of the Winchesters surviving the life of hunting long enough to enter their twilight years, for Dean to get gray in his hair...but mostly, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fact that after all this time, he is stillprotecting Sam. His brother is still the most important thing in his life and he held true to his words of watching over Sammy. I would have loved to known what happened to put Sam in the wheelchair and I'm sure that is what kept them from hunting until something took them out. How awesome it was to find out from Sammie that the Tracy family had always watched out for the boys, was the ones who made sure Sam was well taken care of, and that they made sure the boys had a home to go home too. Ya know, I love the fact also that Sammie mentioned that in part, she was named after Sam. I had never really thought about that being the case, until you just mentioned it. And with the way Sammie bristled at the woman at the end of the story, something tells me the Winchesters will be watched over by Tracy offspring until their dying days. I am in awe of you my friend, being able to write such an awesome story with everything you have been through over this past week. You are my inspiration! |
