So, so happy that you finished the story. I really liked the final battle and how Jade and Hsi were the ones to take down Daolong Wong. Too bad Jackie and the rest of the team could see them take down the dark wizard once and for all. For some reason towards the end I was afraid Hsi was going to have to sacrifice his demons powers in order to save Jade but he ended up sacrificing his chi and lifeforce.

Love the idea of a sequel and in the meantime I'll look out for the bonus chapter. After reading the title I hope it means what I think it means...

amazing story! Loved all these Jade and Hsi Wu stories I read yesterday out of a sense of nostalgia. Couldn't comment on all of them as I was already according to my mom doing the wrong thing trying to read them all. But if you are saying there may be a sequal please do it! This is a pairing that really should've happened in the show and like to continue! Keep it up the great job! you are an amazing writer!

This story is full-on awesome thanks to your dedication to it. I'm really happy with the way you wrote the characters most of all, even Jade and Hsi Wu. Stories like this definitely tend to leave the reader wanting more.

From Jade’s relief and happiness for his return, to Tohru decking a well-deserved punch to our former flighty (heh puns!) skydemon, to where everyone offered their Talismans to Jade for the final battle!(Too bad they’re of no use ;-; Jade is always so creative but the explanation made sense! So great you're back to finish this story. Also love the new chapter and that Jade wasn't too upset with Hsi leaving in the last chapter.

I so hope that when this is all over with that Jade's connection to Hsi from the Amulet of Eternal Skies and that transfer of chi just now made Jade permanently part sky demon. And that her form is similar to Hsi's like when Drago's changed when he absorbed the demon chi. If that's the case then she'll have her own wings and the two can share a leisurely carefree midnight flight together in the last chapter. Always wanted to see a sky demon Jade :)

I’ve kept this story bookmarked and I had nearly lost all hope since it had been awhile but I was totally psyched when I checked by chance and you had updated! This update was everything I could’ve hoped for! It was so great I can’t stop smiling!

I honestly don’t know what possessed me to rewatch Jackie Chan Adventures (nostalgia maybe?) or even attempt to find any fanfic but man I’m glad my curiosity got the best of me cause I’m so in love with this story. I was so immersed that I read it in one day and I was in total dismay when I couldn’t go to the next chapter.

This story is amazing-from the fantastically creative plot(seriously you should’ve wrote the last season of JCA.) to the characters who you managed to keep IN perfect character. I even love Hsi-Wu’s development and how he couldn’t stop the changes in himself due to Jade’s friendship and her overall infectious personality. Which is why the last two chapters gripped me so fiercely! I was all over the place with my emotions! Wonderfully written! Seriously, your work is inspiring and I do hope you continue this! I read in your authors note that you were close to the end so I’m screaming internally cause I so badly want to see how this ends!

Of course I know you have a life outside the internet and I do hope you are doing well! Please take your time! And if this be the last chapter then I still wanna thank you for putting it up and allowing me to bask in my nostalgia and also have me giddily pretend this is canon:3(because ohmygod it’s that amazing! This story is wonderful, why is it unfinished? Real life always gets in the way, I know this from personal experience. If you can find a way back to finishing this story, I am sure many of us will be pleased.
What I've enjoyed about this story is the growing bond between Hsi Wu and Jade, in a strictly platonic manner. There aren't many people who dared to write friendship fics for the two characters. I love a good pairing story, but it's certainly refreshing to read something that truly fits with the characters so well: Jade considered Seymour a friend, not a romantic interest, because she was just a lonely kid looking for friendship.
The second aspect of this story I'm enjoying is your ability to tie in the little stand alone plot holes we were left with from the series, to make one great story arc. Also, Daolon Wong just had to be the final baddie! He's so creepy and knowledgeable.
If you ever go back to this, I'll be waiting! If not, then just know that I lived what I read and shall mentally continue this story to reach an end - even though I have no idea what will happen next.

I can't wait for the next chapter although wouldn't hsi wu's siblings tried to contact him by now
