I think the chapters should be longer(We all know EVERYBODY WANTS longer chapters ;D).A little more detail would be very well due as well. also think your doing well in keeping them canon.I do think their just a weeeeeee OOC but just a tiny bit good story so far ;).

However in chapter 3 I think you lost some of the Guardians original kind of personality I don't believe is the type to cry infront of people maybe one tear to fall down but He would wipe it.I also think Sandman would most likely just 'float' or stand there looking in shock not really a sad or mourning reaction.
I believe the Guardians should be in more shock,because it would really truly give the reader a feel that the Guardians had no gives the shape to the reader that the Guardians TRULY didn't know,and had trouble believing that they were very cruel to him. :) Just saying
