THAT WAS WAY TOO FAST FOR A CONFESSION AND ACCEPTANCE! Shouldn't they like... wait later then discover their feelings SLOWLY? How can Tsuna be sure that he loves a guy, especially that guy was ANOTHER HIM?
By the way I felt suspicious about last chapter when Tsunayoshi mentioned he hurted Chrom so I checked your profile and... just like I thought, đằng ấy cũng là người Việt. _ Từ "her" bị đánh thành "hẻ" rồi, lần sau viết fic tiếng Anh thì nên tắt Vietkey hoặc Unikey hen! Với cả đằng ấy nên trau dồi trình viết fic nói chung nha, nhiều hội thoại quá thành ra diễn biến fic có vẻ quá nhanh, không miêu tả được rõ ràng logic nội tâm nhân vật. Chờ chapter sau đó!

It's an adorable story, great idea! Only things that could use some work are the grammar mistakes. The ending and story line also seemed a bit rushed, that might just be me though.

So there will be someone deliver food and water, right? Since Tsunayoshi said "...they just often come with some food and force me to eat it...". At least they tried to keep him alive. Maybe there will a solution to keep him alive without blood. Everything will be alright, right?
Tsunayoshi must be very very strong to equally fight against Mukuro, Hibari, Gokudera (and maybe even other people) and injure them.
