Given the fact that this hasn’t been updated in going on seven years, I’m not optimistic that it will ever be or that the intended recipient will ever even see this review; but one can hope. I simply wanted to say that I hope you find the time and inspiration to continue with this and to thank you for sharing that which you’ve created thus far. Kudos!

Up until this chapter I have really enjoyed this story but in this chapter you broke professor McGonagall's character that you have been building just to mold the story back to cannon even though you have been making it increasingly AU. I just cannot reconcile the McGonagall you have been building to the one that so easily dismissed Harry and his friends to preserve the cannon plot line. I am sorry but these appear to be two completely different McGonagall's in this story. As a result the following fight scene I just couldn't take seriously afterwords. It just seems like you up and jumped us into a completely different story. I am sorry but that was just a story breaking alteration to character. after all in past chapters she was firmly moved onto Harry's side over Dumbldork's. I am sorry I just could not focus on the second half of this chapter after this story breaking charter change I am currently debating if it is worth trying to continue onto the net chapter. Its just I cant like a story that has completely diverged from cannon then breaks the characters they have developed so they can return to a cannon story arc than should no longer be feasible.

i hope to read more. since i don't know when last updated, my hope in in vain i think

im gonna take a wild guess just shooting it out their that tonks is cam and im gonna take a stab at it and say she is cam because of her metamorphagus powers and cam is short for camouflage? btw the story is awesome

I was going to say what a wonderful story, most sweet and full of friends etc.. should certainly last through the years and more i am enjoying it very much till the damn last page! not only you leave it by a damn killing cliff hanger... BUT IT'S WAY OVER THE TOP! ALMOST COMPLETLY AVOIDABLE AND UNCESSARY...
They got transport keys, weapons, jewelery against some attacks. God damn the soul bond protection and mind link. WHY IS THIS FORGOTTEN HARRY WHOULD BE THERE IN AN INSTANT! even if the hall was sound proof.

There was only one moment that changed it for me, how ever maybe that lies with me.
But this last page is infuriating! Anyway.

Is the damn troll a fixed point in the damn fan fics or what? the couple of times i read it it was still amusing but i have read so many and now it's annoying/frustrating.
It does not have to happen all of time so far i came across 3 including this one where it did not have to happen at all can totally be avoided... hermione is not lonely is friends with harry already stick up for each other, even if for the romance the dialogue afterwards here does not make sense.
