I really love this because no one seems to pay enough attention to the scars Merlin has from his past. What I am having trouble with is his response to Arthur. One of Merlin's greatest qualities is his loyalty to Arthur, but more than that, his ability to see the good in every person he encounters. So I am having a lot of trouble seeing him betray Arthur because I don't think it is in his nature. However I do like to see him struggle a little with his losses. So good job...hopefully I can handle the rest of this fic. LOL!
