Such a wonderfully written story, I love how true you were to the character, and the emotions, and the wording, and everything...
In short, let me just say that you write the best RotG stories out of all the ones I've ever read by any author on this entire site (and Sandy happens to be my fav also).

SANDY! I can't even. This! The first chapter was so heartbreaking, and I read it before I had watched the movie so when it actually happened I almost fell into tears(course I didn't even pay attention much to the movie as I kept my focus on Sandy whenever he was on screen), and I'm pretty sure I yelled happily when his whip came and threw Pitch before he attacked Jack. So this! This chapter was practically as amazing as the first one. I think I only like the first one because the character is angsting and... ya...

I love how you put the synonyms in italics/parentheses a few times. That was really good.

The thing that really got me about this scene in the movie was, right after he got hit, he turned around and saw Pitch standing there, and there was just this look of utter betrayal in his eyes, like "...Pitch...you...you shot me..."
