No offense, but this is a very typical predictable yaoi "strong dorito face seme" and "whimpering blushing uke" sort of piece... It would've worked without all these unneeded cliches such as the roses being scattered, or the black boxers and "marvelling" at one another's libidos.
Further character development and description from opposing points of view would've also been needed to make it an unpredictable and compelling piece.

Reading a story with a smut is like having a meal at an expensive restaurant. You have the entree ( introduction ), then the first meal which would usually be a complimentary soup (bonding between the two love interests), a main dish (the build up of romance), a break for you to ponder the meal (think of the plotline further), have a complimentary glass of wine (consider conflicts), and then having dessert ( the smut #winkwonk ). I mean, only two chapters!? Come ON!

The plot seemed hurried to get to the sex scene, making it a boring and plain read. And it was very unrealistic because it seemed so much more built up on primal lust than love and romance. (Mind you, anal frickfrack needs more than just a little spit on the fingers.)
Altogether when I read this fic, I imagined Germany as "the seme" with an impossibly tiny head, ridiculously large hands, small eyes, and a jaunty smirk while flexing his pecs. Whareas with Italy, a dopey "kawaiiful waifu uke" with no will, and sparkly tears in his impossibly large anime eyes and tiny shoulder likely to those in those anatonically butchered "yaoi mangas". I know that this was up to my interpretation, however, this would've been avoided with more build up than just "brown hair, brown eyes, cute tuft of hair".

I'm a bit harsh however, because I tend to analyze and criticize my own writing which has become habit all the time for other bits of work.
However, if this was your first fanfic. Still, good job. Keep writing and reading and quality will improve over time.
