I'm impressed. Yes, it is a bit short, but the fact is that you got your point around in the same way. A sad Bokkun, sick and alone, realizes that someone does care when offered a home by the one he secretly loves. It's a complete story in its own, but it would be interesting if you ever decided to add more on, like another chapter.

Hmm...I'm stuck between being a pal and being a critic.

The first half was rather good, nice showing of pace.

The Problem falls in the second half, however. Because there's talking, and thinking in italics, it's kind of hard to read. It looks nicer and is easier to read if you make new paragraphs every time some starts talking.
