hi. technically, since aphrodite was born from ouranos/ouranus/uranus/however-you-goddamn-spell-it's chopped off genitalia, she is his daughter. therefore, she is kronos's sister and poseidon's aunt. so, the big three would be her nephews and not her uncles/father.

I've read this fic twice now, I think. I really like it!

Percy and Thalia playing rummy is one of my absolute favorite scenes. Like, I think of it at random and come back to reread it sometimes.
"It was incredible, watching the two kids play cards. Strictly speaking, watching cards should not be fun, but their hands moved so fast, twitching like they often did when Percy was trying hard to hold still, picking up cards and putting them down faster than Paul could keep up."
I like how the rummy is woven into the rest of the chapter as well.
