I really wish I had something more in-depth to say, but right now all I do is try, however poorly, to express my admiration for the sheer depth and weirdness your worldbuilding adds to the isles. Bethesda gave us a setting with possibilities, but engine, time, and budget limitation left it a poor reflection of the baroque bizzarity the concept art promised. Your writing? Made good on that promise. This fiction os everything I've wanted to write about the Isles, but couldn't.

I particularly like the depth of variety you gave to the religious practices of the isles, showing us that their beliefs weren't a neat even split between Mania and Dementia. I especially liked the touch of the Heretics becoming Jyggalag worshippers.

Silly to comment on a fiction seven years dead, but oh GODS I wish it wasn't.

If you ever decide to resurrect this fic, you'll have at least one faithful reader.

Aww. Feasters are a little creepy, but... the bit with Cutter... Aww. She'd probably be a little... strange... in bed. Considering the scene in a previous chapter, that is. You know the one. *waggles eyebrows suggestively* Hehe.

Yay updates! I have lots of stories I am reading right now, but this is one of my favorites. By far. Mostly because Sheogorath is just so much fun, and also because your writing is so easy to read; I feel like I am almost floating through the chapter. Sort of. If that makes any sense. Sometimes I don't. Then again... No. This story is lovely, continue writing, and good day to you.

Ah Cutter, I wouldn't never abandon you. I always did like the people of dementia better, but the landscape and creatures of mania always drew me there, I even liked the forces of order, they gave exelent contrast, order occupied passwall was very striking when I first saw it

And Cutter is slightly more insane than I thought, making me want Carnius either to use a different smith or bring her some Madness Ore just to see what happens.
