This is so beautiful! Gems like Engmano are really hard to find. In the end, I thought Francis and Antonio were going to end up together, lol.

Arthur and Lovino being so comfy around with each other is so adorable. Even with they hotheadedness, they still find it in themselves to understand one another.

I love de Engmano! Is rare to find a story about them. I like how you kept them IC and made so cobfortable arround each other. Francis was a nice character too. He is the country of love so he would want his loved one to be happy even if that means he cant have him.

I'm not one to usually like OC's as a main character, but I loved the Philippines here! She was quite awesome! XD ahaha, yeah when I read about the bit where Antonio asked her for a gayuma, I was pretty much like, "Oh shit..." (is half-Filo). The pairing is unusual - EngRoma; but it sounds both funny yet sweet (tsunderes unite!). I loved how things ended up working in the end, and I also loved your portrayal of Francis here - I'm glad you didn't focus on the perverted part of his personality, and focused on his romantic part (you'll find your love one day, Frenchie, don't worry!)

Anyway, overall it was an enjoyable and lovely piece to read - I'm actually inspired to write one myself that involves a love potion now! Also, I cannot find any grammatical errors as far as I can see; I really commend you on that and how well typed this was. XD anyway, keep on writing! :DDD
