...no sequel? :'( It was posted back in 2012 and your last story update was in 2014. It's 2020 now, so I hope you're okay? This was a great ending to this story even if there's no sequel, but I just hope you're alive, safe, and well.

Oh my gosh, I love Haku! "Wrong hand..." He's adorable. I'm excited that you said there's a sequel. I have one story that I'm itching to read then I'll be back for that. Thank you! This was a great read and it's going straight to my favorites.

I started laughing when I read your author's note because I have the exact same reaction when I enjoy writing about a villain. Your villain is terrifying - it's nearly 2am and I need sleep, but I don't quite want to because that cliffhanger will likely trigger a nightmare otherwise. xD Yep, one more chapter, then sleep.

And Haku...awwwww poor guy. He's going to be terrified when he realizes why Chihiro is screaming while in her bedroom...

Oh! I can't stop laughing. Don't teach people about reality with manga! xD Haku was a gem here. I feel for Chihiro's cake, but I love her spirit. It'll be interesting to see what happens with those three in the next chapter. :)

LOL so that's why he was taking so long to get dressed - math homework! xD He was just teasing the poor girl most of this chapter. Poor Chihiro...they better sort out this Sacred Crime business ASAP.

Your story was super great! I hope you continue it one day. I loved the fluffy moments between Chihiro and Haku! X)

This story was very intriguing and rather lovely. The way you described the characters and their personalities, their backgrounds and their nature was beautiful. One could almost feel what the characters felt.
To some extent, I feel sorry for Kaonashi. Agreed, she was rather malevolent, but when you described the scene where Death took away her lover's soul, I couldn't help but shed a few tears.

I admire Chihiro for not being some shy and fragile girl. She stands up for those she loves and tries her best to do what's right, regardless of the toll it might take on her. Her sharp retorts and her adrenaline-induced strength leave me amazed. The part where she punches Takeya square in the face- Damn. Well, he got what he deserved. Also, every time she feels all warm and fuzzy around Haku, I can't help but swoon.

Takamichi is a rather sweet guy, and I like his character development. I went from having good vibes about him, to hating him, to feeling sorry for him, to admiring him and then to really liking him. Tatsunori came off as a jerk in the beginning, but towards the end I started to like him too. I feel sorry for Elin, but I also admire the love she shares for her family. Truth be told, I sometimes imagine her as a little fairy.

No Face turned out to be Ameonna (a girl!) I sure didn't see that coming.

And, of course, Kohaku. Man, if looks could kill. I couldn't help but laugh hysterically when he acts as shown in one of the Romance Mangas! Oh, dear lord. Though, I gotta admit- I think he would look utterly attractive with the way he would wear his glasses and push them up on the bridge of his nose.
I think it's rather sweet and adorable that he has eyes only for his beloved, and cherishes her and pampers her with everything he has. Every scene where Haku and Chihiro get all cosy, I have this huge goofy grin on my face; they are so perfect together! Like two pieces of a two-piece puzzle.

I also loved the ending. The last chapter was simply brilliant. Oh, and Haku chiding Chihiro- Awe, man! The last line and their bond was very well thought of and written beautifully.

Overall, this was a wonderful read.
