this is one of my favourite stories yet! Keep going, another chapter where you describe more of the things dean has to help sam with would be excellent! :P such as eating or getting in and out of the impala or maybe dean can leave somewhere (like a food run) and sam gets stuck in a painful or awkward position and he has to wait for deans return :P

Ouch, i really feel with sam because i had rhe same problem not too long ago, my back was killing me and it hurts so much so i really know how sam feels. And i am happy that dean cares so good for sam.
