This wonderful story is sadly unfinished. And I can clearly see that I'm not the first to reach the end with dismayed realisation!

BUT it is so easy to imagine Belle and Rumplestiltskin sharing a scoff and simply poofing out of the evil king storyline - the rules don't have to apply to them! Perhaps not the ending you'd intended but it's easy to imagine that happily ever after. Thank you.

I'm going to cry, this story is literally so beautiful and well-written! I hope to the bottom of my heart that you haven't given up on it.. that something inspires you to continue it. Your perspective on the characters rings so true and is yet totally unique! No one reacts to anything like I expect them to (according to my limited imagination), yet when then act accordingly I can't picture them possibly doing otherwise. It's an extremely refreshing change to the repetitive cycle most have taken up. Instead of the same storyline with a few small changes here and there, you change one thing and spark a hundred different outcomes. It's very brilliant, and I love that it keeps me laughing (and occasionally tearing up)! If you don't continue this particular story, I pray that you don't give up writing in general, because you've got some serious talent!

Damn it! I knew this story wasn't finished yet I continued anyway! It was just too good to turn away from...
I hope you find it in your heart to continue this piece of art some day soon. It's not often I fall upon fantastically written fics such as this one. And this is the only fic with this kind of plot I've ran into yet. It's different, it's unique, it's amazing. For the love of god and all your readers, please finish the story. I made the fatal, noob mistake that every fanfic reader makes at some point.

I started reading a story, and got emotionally invested, and it isn't completed.

*falls on knees dramatically as lightning flashes in the distance; holds hands up in anguish* NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooOOOOOOO

going through the story like "Oh there's only one chapter left I wonder how this is all gonna wrap up I mean this is a really great story and wow we're getting really close to the end you'd have thought everything would have started being closed down omg wait this isn't right we're at the end where's the rest of the story OMYGOSH THIS IS STILL INCOMPLETE!" is the basic process of finishing a fanfic that is incomplete and hasn't been updated in over a year THE ANGUISH IS HORRIBLE.

HOW DARE YOU ENSNARE ME WITH BRILLIANT WRITING, ACCURATE CHARACTER REPRESENTATION, SENSORY DETAILS THROUGHOUT THE FIC, COMPELLING SITUATIONS, AN INTERESTING PLOT, AND SLAM MY HOPES AND DREAMS DOWN SO I'LL NEVER KNOW HOW THIS IS ALL RESOLVED because in all honesty I don't really know how this fic is supposed to end and THAT IS KILLING ME!

Such a good story. I'm captivated by it. I love when the bad guy has a back story. I hope you continue it at some point. Just a couple of other things I love about the story: the detail, the plot, the descriptions etc.

Please continue! This is absolutely exquisite. The tension between the two: exhilarating. The comfort and companionship: the most lovely sweetness in the world. My speculations as to what happens next are nowhere near what I'm sure you will create. You portray the characters wonderfully. The sad or unjust parts bring a sort of swooping sensation, and you know it is an excellent story when your body physically responds to it!

WOW! You are an amazing writer! I love the detail you use and the playful and serious interactions between Rumpelstiltskin and Belle. They flow very well (if that makes sense) which is really hard to do. I can't wait for the next chapter! I would love for Belle to refuse Dathomir's offer and decide to go with Rumple instead, but I'm sure you already have a plan for the plot. Anyway, please update soon! :)
