Love the "silvery blue" description of his eyes. I think every "normal" person hates the months and months of political inanity that goes on with an election. Interesting take on how Nikola would view them. I'm not sure he would care very much, but he might enjoy ripping them just for fun. Good story!

That's a cute little story. I always enjoy reading fun little sincere moments between the two long-time close friends. You did a very nice job capturing this character moment. My only real critique is that the very last dramatic image on the TV doesn't really seem to fit properly with the emotional transition of Helen's sudden hysterical outburst. A more appropriate jump in my opinion would have been Helen seeing Tesla 'campaigning' himself to be better than the current system, at that moment to which Helen then sees a flash of 'what could be'. Besides that, you've made a very nice story moment, regardless.

Clever. And very accurate. It is kind of funny to imagine Nikola up for presidency. But he wasn't born in the states and he would probably get bored quickly.

They did but kept it picturing the historical Tesla, ;-), and Henry talked them into using proceeds toward a documentary about the historical Nikola Tesla. Unfortunately, they're not having been in manufacturing much, the items I ordered didn't get here in time for this Election Day.
