| memes chapter 11 . 10/28/2013 I know this is a AU Finnick/OC story, but chapter 11 felt a little...unrealistic. The reason why Finnick is considered so loving and romantic is because despite Annie's flaws, she's always been the only woman he ever loved. He didn't care that she was crazy. Besides, the books never specified if Finn fell in love with Annie before or after the Hunger Games. For all we know, he fell in love with her when he met her during her games, and while he was helping her recuperate, she "crept up on him." And if that's the case, that means that he fell in love with her while she was going crazy. I know, it's just a nitpick, but Finnick/OC fics always feel the need to downplay Finnick's love for Annie and it comes across as OOC. |
